so i decided (like so many before me) to create a build thread to mainly keep track of all my stuff . so here we go.
mods so far
-exterior
smoked tails
blacked out headlights
smoked side markers
votex side skirts (waiting on paint)
17x7.5 stock 10 spoke rims (waiting on tires)
black badges
smoked mirror blinkers
fog lights
stubby antenna
-interior
1000w amp with 600w sub
euro switch
r32 pedals
-suspension
fk silverline coilovers
-engine
torque arm insert
magnaflow exhaust
lnt cold air intake
dec 08 tradded my jetta for a brand spankin new 08 rabbit.

first pics taken of it with my old redwagen europlate

debadged and laminx tails

smoked side markers

tint

now the important stuff....
magnaflow exhaust inst (love the sound)

lnt cai

fk coils inst (best purchase of my life!)

fog lights still need the wiring harness, and joey modded headlights

new rims getting tires on the 15th of this month

just got them

after paint

how it sits right now

thats it so far there is more but its minimal stuff like painting badges and stuff. plans for the future are tires for rims, skid plate, smoked projector headlights. i probably forgot a few things but i'll update it later after i upload the pics off of my camera.

The car looks great cant wait to see it with the wheels on? Well you also can do a flash a guy here in fwb had his done and he loves it. He said it fixed some issues he had with the car was well.

ya i was thinking about getting it chipped but i might turbo it sooner then later

God I love looking at that thing. I can't wait to see it finished man. Oh btw I grad week after next so maybe we can cruise that friday to the gtg and celebrate.

Looking good. How much power does that 5 cyl make, in reference to MK2's or 3's? Thats all I know is MK2's and 3's.

06-07's make 150 to the crank 08's make 170 do to software that vw tweaked a bit. i dont know how much mine has right now but i do only have a few engine mods right now i hope to find out after i get flashed.
